Station 1: KB –  Goblet Squat / Goblet Push Press / Bent Rows(Alternate :15)  / Rest

Station 2: Conditioning –  Block Drill / High Knees / Jump Rope / Rest

Station 3: Core –  Plank / Hollow Hold / Superman Hold / Rest

Station 4: Med Ball – MB Toe Taps / MB Mtn Climbers / MB Stepback Lunge / Rest
