Row the Circuit
-4-min RNDS with 1-min rest between RNDS
-Rowers row for the full 4-min while everyone else rotates through the following 4 exercises on a :45/:15 clock
-Slam Ball
-Cat crawl (hips low, knees hovering above ground)
– Overhead Lunge (w/plate)
-Leg Raises (on ground or hanging for advanced version)
– Complete a total of 6 RNDS
